** We can only accept custom-made order cancellation before our dressmakers begin to make your dress.
** Please contact us within 24 hours if there are any problems after you sign for the parcel.
** Refund would subject to a $75 restocking fee.
** Buyers should pay the return shipping fee.
** Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
** Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.
** All returns must be received within 10 days since the receipt of ARN. If we do not receive dress in 10 days, we can't accept any return.
** We are going to refund you only after the return package is received.
** No exchange to another size because you are required to Measure Yourself with a Tape before you place your order.
Please provide your measurements and special require by our measurements guide exactly, that's very important.
What are not considered to be quality problems?
1, The problem of color aberrations. Because of different monitors, light, etc, color aberrations are absolute difficult to avoid.
2, Size Problem. Because of different measure methods of different people, there might be subtle differences in size. The existence of 2-3 inches of error is normal.
3, Subjective Views. Subjective feelings such as “the fabric is too thick”, “the texture is too hard”, “it is not suitable for me”, “I don’t like the way it looks at me”, etc, are not belonging to the quality issues of our acceptance.
