How to Place My Order?

Dear customers, due to different time and region, in order to save your time, HiBridal launches self-help placing-order mode. All orders can be made directly. After choose your style, color and size, you can directly place orders without prior consultation. If you want to change the dress to be another color or you have other requirements, such as changing the neckline, sleeves, adornment style, or other details, you can just leave a message to tell us when placing order, or email to tell us. We will make a confirmation with you before we make your dress.

 

* We will arrange to make your dress for you after we receive your payment

* Normally, it will take 14-21 days to make your dress after we get your payment. So, you can get your dress in 30 days. If you are in a hurry, you can place a rush order

* We will ship it by EMS, TNT or DHL ( they’re very safe and fast) and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress

* Please let us know after you get your dress

 

Standard Size Order:

1. Surf our website http://www.hibridal.com and choose the item you want.

2. Login your account on our website; If you don’t have an account, you should create your account.

3. Go to your dress, input the right size and color, just click "save" and "Add to cart" and then you will come to your shopping cart;

4. click "Next";

5. if you want to change your color or you have other requirements, just leave a message to tell us; then click "Next"; "Next";

6. Finally, click "Pay with Paypal" and you will go to Paypal to continue payment. Just login your Paypal account and following the steps to finish paying. By the way, Paypal is the best way to protect your shopping online, we can only get your money after you receive your items.

 

Custom-made Size Order:

1. Surf our website http://www.hibridal.com and choose the item you want.

2. Login your account on our website; If you don’t have an account, you can register here.

3. Go to your dress, choose the color, just click "Add to cart" and then you will come to your shopping cart;

4. click "Next";

5. leave a message to tell us you have sent your measurements by email, then click "Next"; "Next";

6. Finally, click "Pay with Paypal" and you will go to Paypal to continue payment. Just login your Paypal account and following the steps to finish paying.

7. Do remember to send your measurements to us by email.

 

Self-design Order:

1. Send your dress pictures to us and your questions. We will tell you the total price and send size chart, Custom-made Order Form and our payment information to you. Or you can download our Custom-made Order Form and fill out it.

2. Email the finished form to us hibridal@gmail.com and pay the money and tell us as soon as possible.

3. We will arrange to make your order for you after we receive your payment and your exact measurements.

 

Can I Place A Rush Order?

Dear friend, Of course you can put a rush order if it's necessary for you.

1. Seven Working Days rush order, mean take 7 days to make, and shipping time 3-14 days. The total time is 10-14 days. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 50 US dollars.

2. Fourteen Working Days rush order, mean take 14 days to make, and shipping time 3-14 days. The total time is 17-21 days. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 25 US dollars.
