Returns and Exchange

 

Please view our return and refund policy carefully before you place order.

 

We do not accept returns for any custom-made gowns. We can only accept custom-made order cancellation before our dressmakers begin to make your dress.

We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order if you are not satisfied with the quality. 

Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee.

Buyers should pay the return shipping fee. 

Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.

Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. 

All returns must be received within 7 days since the receipt of ARN.  If we do not receive dress in 7 days, we can't accept any return.

We are going to refund you only after the return package is received. 

No exchange to another size because you are required to Measure Yourself with a Tape before you place your order.

Please provide your measurements and special require by our measurements guide exactly, that's very important.
