We have 2 kinds of shipping. You can choose your shipping way while you place order.

1. Free Shipping. It is FREE and items will be shipped by International Air Post Package or Dedicated Post Flight, which takes about 7-18 days.
2. Rush shipping. Shipped by EMS, DHL or UPS. It takes only 3-7 days.

** The shipping time marked here are only for a reference, though 99% can arrive within the reference days. The actual arrival time is depending on the shipping company, Customs and your local distribution’s schedule. We’re NOT responsible for the delivery time after the dress is shipped out.

** We will ask you to pay for the extra shipping fee after you place order if you are located in the remote areas. Please check your email with 24 hours after placed order.

When you purchase with our website we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive secure. We provide the tracking information for your shipment. You can track your shipment through the tracking system provided on our website as well as contact our customer service by email. You can also make a phone call to the local post office to get an idea of how your order is going on.

Hibridal pays for you in advance almost all customs duties for many destinations in the world, for Example US, European Union, and Japan. In some cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Please make sure you enter the right shipping address. We will not be responsible for re-shipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Re-Shipment of Product will be made on your Expense if you have provided us with a Wrong Delivery Address.
